Last updated 23 September 2026. This notice covers the website agenticcad.github.io/agenticcad. The AgenticCAD application itself runs on your own computer and sends nothing to us.
Nothing, unless you accept analytics cookies. There are no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used:

Data is processed by Google under its privacy policy; Google Signals and advertising features are switched off. We keep reports for 14 months.
If you click Decline, or make no choice, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (agenticcad-consent) so we do not ask again for 12 months. Change it any time with Cookie settings in the footer; declining after accepting removes the analytics cookies for this site.
Like any web page, loading this site sends your IP address and browser details to the servers that serve its parts:
None of these receive anything from us beyond the request itself, and we do not receive personal data from them.
Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act and similar laws you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or object to processing. Because analytics data is pseudonymous we usually cannot link it to you, but we will do what we can. Withdrawing consent is immediate via Cookie settings. Contact: agenticcad@prodevelop.com.au.
The AgenticCAD program you download runs locally. Its only network traffic is the conversation with Anthropic's API (or your Claude Code login) that you configure yourself, plus anything you choose to connect through MCP servers. It has no telemetry.
