Last updated 26 September 2026. These terms cover downloading AgenticCAD from this site and buying a commercial licence.

1. Who you are dealing with

AgenticCAD is made and licensed by Michael Orzel (ABN 16 536 206 127), trading as AgenticCAD, Australia ("we", "us"). Contact: agenticcad@prodevelop.com.au.

Commercial licences are sold through Link, Stripe's reseller service, which is the merchant of record for your purchase: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are, issues your receipt and invoice, and handles payment support. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* AGENTICCAD. We never see your card details. The licence itself is granted by us under these terms.

2. The software and its licence

Non-commercial use is free under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0: personal projects, hobby making, research, education, and use by charities, schools and public institutions. Nothing in these terms narrows that licence.
Commercial use (in a business, in products or services, or as part of paid work) requires a commercial licence: A$99 per user per year, one licence for each person who uses the software. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude tax; Link adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies in your country at checkout (business customers can enter a tax number). Checkout can show the price in your local currency.
A commercial licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the named number of users to use AgenticCAD for commercial purposes for one year from purchase, including all updates released during that year. It does not include redistribution, resale or sublicensing, and does not remove the notices in the software.
Claude Code is separate. AgenticCAD drives Anthropic's Claude Code, which you install and pay for under Anthropic's terms. Your Claude subscription or API usage is between you and Anthropic and is not included in our price.
Support: we answer reasonable email questions from commercial licensees but do not promise response times. Feature requests and bugs go to GitHub issues.

3. Ordering, payment and renewal

You buy through our checkout, choosing the number of users. Link emails you a receipt and an invoice showing the number of users and the licence period. That receipt is your licence record; there is no separate key or letter to wait for, and nothing to enter in the software.
Licences renew automatically each year at the then-current price. Link emails you before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your Link account at app.link.com or the link in your emails; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year and no further charges are made.
To add or remove users, email us and we update your subscription; added seats are charged pro rata for the remainder of the year.
If a payment fails, Link retries and emails you; the licence lapses if it remains unpaid 14 days after the renewal date.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Change of mind: within 14 days of your first purchase, email us (or contact Link support) and you are refunded in full, including any tax charged, whether or not you used the software. Renewals can be cancelled any time before they bill.
Faults: if the software does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund. See your statutory rights below, which apply regardless of anything else here.
Cancelling a renewal stops the next charge; it does not refund the current year, except where a statutory right applies.
To request a refund email agenticcad@prodevelop.com.au with your receipt number, or contact Link support. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for any drop in value, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have it fixed within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By completing checkout you ask us to make the licence available immediately and acknowledge that this right ends once you use the commercial licence, without prejudice to your rights for faulty goods.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for parts you design and machine with the software. Check toolpaths, feeds and geometry before running a machine or sending a part for manufacture; the software's warnings are aids, not guarantees.
Keep your receipt as proof of licence and keep the number of users on your subscription equal to the number of people using the software; email us to change it.

6. Warranty and liability

Except for the statutory rights above, the software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damaged material, tooling or machines. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Privacy

How this site and the app handle data is in the privacy notice. Payment data is handled by Link and Stripe under Link's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and its courts, without affecting your rights as a consumer in your own country.
